starting to like infinite! haha when i first heard news about them, pre-debut, i thought it would be some lame new boy group again. but their debut song is actually nice! i love their dance too, esp the leg movements. and i super love how they all wear the same shoes and the cute socks!! hahaha. but one thing that makes me a little sad is that they remind me so much of 2pm!!!! cos of the numbers i guess. and at some angles, one of them ( i think it's the lead singer? ) bears an uncanny resemblance of jaebum! haha or maybe it's just my eyes playing tricks on me. but like really, it seriously reminds me so much of the old 2pm. but ah well. gonna be looking out for infinite! hahaha.

didnt go to school today. woke up feeling sick. my throat hurts like mad and i think i've got slight flu and i'm feeling feverish too. gahh. D: hope i'll be okay by tmrw cos i've got worship rehearsal!

i was looking through some of my photos on fb and chanced upon the korea pics, gb camwhore pics, etc.
and omg, i'm seriously missing those times!!!
i really miss korea trip LIKE MAD.
such fun times, awesome people. no need to study or worry about Os either. play and eat all day long. it was the best moments!!!!
and of course gb too. esp the time when we all stayed back after gb and took super many pictures! it was exceptionally special cos there were sec3s and 4s. even though some of us werent that close we all just came together anyway and it was really nice.
i'll really miss those times alot ):
ahhh why am i missing gb already!!!
my last official project will be the agm next sat. after that, the new gc will take over from us.
hope we've left behind a legend? hahhaa

this week was SOOO HECTIC. i think i'm getting deprived of sleep.

monday was ss camp! omg, a little bit waste of time. cos i felt the talk wasnt very necessary.
but the sbq and seq workshops were great, i think it was super helpful. mrs choo's a great teacher.
hahaha. but the movie.. if there werent any prob to it, it would've been great. but cos there was so much prob to it, it became a waste of time! haha.
AND MISS CANDY (MY PIANO TCHR) GOT MARRIED!!!!!!
i went to her wedding dinner w grace mum yiyi. she was so gorgeous!!!
super pretty. and her dress was stunning seriously.
tuesday, stayed back after school to do some work then off to island cremery for the first time w nay + ruth.
they've a new outlet in kap (:
wednesday, stayed back for a gb meeting thingy which was fun (: i feel like i've become so much more outspoken after pbb. which is good. pbb is good. haha seriously changed me for the better. the best nat camp ever :D
everyone should go for pbb. it was seriously seriously, such an experience. i really love it and it really has good life lessons. and best is, the life lessons are paralleled to christianity so it's really awesome. pbb really taught me alot and i've really benefitted from it sooo sooo much i cant even describe with words. i would definitely wanna go back and serve. haha (: i wanna be in the pbb committee next time! haha but i must make sure i have the standards, the role model. and lead by example! that's my life motto. hahahahhaa.
after that i went to kel's house and did gb work. obviously we played alot too. HAHA! watched dream team ^^
today, went to island cremery again with my sec3 juniors (:

they're really a fun bunch of people and i hope i can meet up with them often even after leaving gb!

been studying like crazy everyday after school til like, 7+ and today too!

today was really scary. D: luckily ruth was there too! there was a terrible terrible thunderstorm!

it rained cats and dogs and the thunder was like, continuous and deafening! i was super scared esp at the very first, loudest thunder! i shouted and went running to find ruth! HAHAH. then when i went back i realised i drew this long streak on my paper. haha. but it's good at school. concentration is like 100%.

hahha i actually could study non stop for like, i dont know, 6 hours? HAHAH school's the best place ^^

haha tmrw i wanna go too but my mum wont allow.. cos it gets really dark and scary at night. like today, they fetched me at 8 and ruth left already.

i was really scared and when they called me, i went down to the tracks there, and they couldnt see me and i couldnt see them! all i could see were the headlights of the car. i couldnt even see the silhouette of the car well! ahahha it was really quite scary ):

but when it is, it'll be sec4 farewell.. omg i cant believe it's our turn!!!

OMG 2PM IS FINALLY BACK. their comeback stage. just last night (:

haha, cos i've been getting 6 hours of sleep every single night for about 2 - 3 weeks straight and even on weekends, i cant sleep in! cos i had bethany, and when bethany ended, i had other gb stuff and YOG too.
sigh. i wanted to nap and sleep early today too, but i cant now. D:
cos firstly, went to imm with nay!
HAHAHA. it was actually my energy pill in a way!
lol, cos at first i felt super tired and really wanted to go home and sleep but then after walking around with her, i felt kinda energized. lol, so i didnt sleep!

cos i havent seen you guys for so long!
hahahha. and i think i'm suffering from the 'miss everything' syndrome.
maybe cos i'm way too bored at home so i start thinking about everything and everyone.

before eoys ended i was like, whoohooo cant wait for it to end cos there will be tons of fun stuff awaiting me.
and now it's like, over.
it's quite sad. knowing this year is going to end so soon.
at first i was really excited.
cos after eoys, i would have rocs/korea, christmas play, youth camp!
so i was really really excited. all the big scale stuff.
after eoys, i was occupied with rocs prep, chinese Os prep and choir rehearsals.
and then after i came back from rocs, Os were over and the next day was christmas play.
so that was done too.
and then came prep for camp,
which was TONS of fun. and now it's all over.

yup, december really did go by so fast!
hahahha. it's like a bullet train. and i dont want to let it go by so fast cos i dont wanna study ):

hmm.. today was such a boring day for me.
hahaha, nowadays i'm just walking around the house or not then i'm forcing myself to study or else i'd be using the comp or watching tv.

I'M BACK FROM

ahh, it was an amazing camp!
it felt different from the other camps though.
and it's not just cos this year i'm not a camper.. but the overall feel was just different..
haha i dont know how to explain though.
i hope everyone still had fun :D

first day was amazing race, and boy am i sick of dunkin donuts!
HAHA. everyone says it's really good but i didnt think so.
it's just okay, but not SOO good.
hahaha i got donuts for others too and had special delivery to theo and joycelyn!
HAHHA! thanks to the campers :D
kristal and dor accompanied me!
and i stayed there for like, 7 hours?
HAHA! i almost died. lol, it wasnt that bad but i was stuck on the same seat! HAHA

anyway the camp was really fun :D
i think some parts were disorganised.. but oh well. i think we all did the best we could.
hahha, and i think that though the camp wasnt as unforgettable as the other camps, spiritually, it was really good.
we did a LOT of praying this camp.
much more than the past few camps.
although the ministery night wasnt as long and as huge as i expected, God still moved and worked in us all!
or at least i felt Him moving in me.
esp during the last night's worship.
before that, ben had a workshop, something about worship.
it was about 1 hour long and the whole thing was prayer.
and cos prayer we always close our eyes right, then when i did, i fell asleep!
sigh ): cos i was really just super tired.
i was a bit sad though, cos i couldnt pray and couldnt concentrate.
but then i rmbed what pastor always says and that is the place to rest is in the presence of God.
or smth along those lines.. hahah
anw i slept for like, 30-40 mins!
i think. and then we prayed quite alot.
after that, during rehearsal, we also prayed w the worship team and w pastor B.
and the day before, we prayed alot too.
like, with another person or at most 2 more other people and pray together what you feel God is promting you to.
i feel like this year camp, we tried alot of things we never did.
all these prayer stuff that really tested your courage and faith.
it's like, you have to be daring and with faith then you'll do it.
hahaha so yeah, this camp was spiritually really good (:

but i slept like, ALOT during the prayer times.
first was during ben's first worshop and 2nd was his 2nd workshop.
hahha, why do i keep sleeping in his workshops?
but it's always during prayer time only.
but i'm glad God still spoke even when i slept!
hahaha. cos the first day, when i woke up i was like, oh no, everyone's going back to the room already! so i faster close my eyes and kept reading the verse continuous to let it sink in again so that i can pray.
after like, 3 secs, this guy walked over and he was like, "rachel?"
i was supposed to be getting ready to pray. but i dont know why, i just like, went "yeah?"
and then he read psalms 40 to me. and he said v1 was the thing that striked him most and i was like, omg me too! cos it really did. and then he asked, have you been asking God to give you something, and i was like, ... yeah, kind of.
actually the answer should be YEAH! OMG how do you know?
but i was really shocked he knew so i said yeah kind of.
hahhaha, and then cos bel and i went to the toilet first so we headed back into the room late and after joining this group by the door, bel and i took turns to share.
cos i guess the rest have already shared way before we came in.
and so happened that he and i shared the same thing.
it's like, whoa.
hahaha.

last night was amazing too :D
i'm not sure for everyone, but to me, yeah!
hahah. cos at first we were all nervous about it cos we had only 15 mins of rehearsal and the song set changed a bit.
but i dont know why, i wasnt really nervous.
i think it was cos of all the prayer we had.
so the night went on.. and i was really worshipping God wholeheartedly.
and somehow, some parts of the song i played, i really dont know how i played it!
as in, i could sort of hear it and i felt that it sounded nice, but i really didnt know how i played it out.
it was really, indescribable.
the night's worship was really more than we could ask for, given the amount of practice we had.

and i think, God really answered my prayers.
like, looking back at all the things i prayed for and did in the camp, it all linked up!
like, i chose the verse from Mark 11:24 "Therefore I say unto you, What things you desire, when you pray, believe that you will receive them, and you shall have them."
so i was actually praying for my keys stuff. and i also prayed for confirmation.
and somehow, the verse the guy showed me and what actually happened on the last night, actually confirmed all of this.
it's like, whoa, i never imagined God would answer my prayers within 2 days.
i thought it would take longer.
but you know, God works in ways we never expected and yay! for that i rejoice :D

so altogether for the past 4 days at camp i slept a total of.. 11 - 12 hours?

hahahha. omgg.

so yesterday when i got home at 4+, i bathed and slept from 5 to this morning 7!

HAHAH, and that was because my mum woke me up. otherwise i'd prolly slept longer.

i also realised that this whole camp, the camp comm only did morning call on ONE morning!

HAHAHHA. i didnt even do a single one, instead i think i woke up late. :/

but camp was FUN!

and i love the starfield song :D

ahahha! being in the camp comm is really a fun experience! (:

okie i have to go practice my songs now for rehearsal later. :D

we stayed first 2 nights in jeju Suites Hotel (BEST HOTEL!!), next 2 nights at Hotel La Mir in seoul, then 1 night each in daegu's Grand Hotel, busan's Nong Shim hotel(worse of the bunch ): ) and the last @ seoul's La Mir again!

we moved like mad! like nobads. or whatever they're called. i forgot! haha.

but yeah, korea trip was ULTRA SUPER DUPER ULTIMATE CRAZILY FUN!!!

we went to alot of places!

study places were like, folk museums showing the korean culture, palaces, villages (we went to andong village! and that's the village that the 18 year old bride show was filmed in i think! cos the guy was from that village. haha! :D ), cliffs, mountains, magically crafted stones and rocks by the waves.

it's really cool! esp the view of it. it's spectacular!

we also climbed sunrise peak.

a mountain which was ultra tall and SUPER DUPER WINDY!!!

omg, the wind there was like, WOAH!

the moment we stepped out of the bus we were like, OMG. WOW.

it's like, if you allow yourself to, you can get blown away by the wind okay!

and i'm not exaggerating!

HAHA. but loads of fun :D

did this thing called atv too.

where we rode on these tractors like vehicles and rode on the muddy trek.

SUPER FUN!

but i nearly fell over twice!

cos i rode over this like, protruding part of the ground which was higher than the normal level!

it was quite scary. like driving over a curb but even higher!

but it was SUPER FUN! i love speeding.

hearing my engine go BROOM BROOM super loudly! hahahha.

sounds so macho! HAHAHA.

we also went to EVERLAND!

omg, i wished we had more time there!!! ):
i was sooo upset really ):
cos we went there mainly to see the safari, mixed breed animals (ligers-tigers and lions)

and many other animals. saw the huge bear stand up and walked!!

OMG. so cute but can be scary cos when it stood up, it was the same height as our bus! HAHAHA.

we played obviously :D

we had about 2 hours to play and shop there (:

so we went first to grab the tickets for the largest roller coaster there.

( i realised when i walked in, that this place was where hwangbo and hyunjoong went in 1 of their eps!!!!! AHHHH. andy and solbi also went there!! and both couples took that large roller coaster!)

so i super wanted to take it too! somemore it looked really cool and fun :D

but sadly, we didnt get to take it in the end ):
i was really upset. i think this was one of the rare times my friends actually saw me that down la.

hahha.

cos the ticket was for rides between the time of 12.30 - 1pm.

so we decided to go at 12.30 since we have to leave the place at 12.50

but when we got to the ride, (after going for another ride which was ULTRA fun too! was scared at first but enjoyed it super much! turned us upside down like a million times and very sudden too! :D thrilling ) we saw the queue.

it was SOOOO LONGGGG. it was curvy and it still extended all the way to like, the entrance of another ride at the theme park okay!

sighhh, so we couldnt go ):

i was truly depressed! HAHHA.

i badly wanted to take that, like badly badly badly!!!

cos i've never actually taken a roller coaster like that before.

the only time i took one was escape theme park indoor roller coaster. (which is already closed down i think). yeah, that's not even as thrilling ):

so yeah. really regretted being unable to take that ride!! ):

but i also bought stuff from the everland shop!

except we were rushing so i didnt get to look at everything properly and didnt buy much souvenirs ):

ohwell. it was still fun!

saw a magician! HE WAS SOO COOOL!!!

he could do a lot of magic tricks and i was like, whooooaaa.

ahhahaa!

we went shopping too!

went to 2 places

dongdaemun and myung dong.

dongdaemun was like, BLAHHH.

it was not nice ):

things there are very ex. i ate alot there though (:

cos we walked down the roadside stalls and i bought spicy rice cakes, hotdogs, tried the boiled fishcakes thingy. (those you directly scoop out of the boiling soup)

it was SUPER YUMMY!

esp since the place was so cold, eating that really made my body feel so warm! :D

it was also much more delicious than spore's! hahhaha :D

we ate alot of korean food too!!

i love their rice :D

taste super good!

and dong fen! i've eaten them in spore before, but in korea it's super good!!

i think cos of the sauces they use!

hahah :D

but i think my favouritest of all was the bbq meat wrapped in veg (:

that was the best!

we also had korean buffet!

hahah there were quite a few typed of kimchi and alot of other food! :D

yumyum!!

at myung dong, there was ALOT of things to buy!

cos their stuff there were cheaper! :D

alot of things were going at 10 000 won, which is about 12.50 sing.

so you can get a shirt, a bag, a pair of shoes, all for 12.50 sing each!

and that's what i got :D

i thought i had a super good deal til i met nay and ruth today and they said that in india, the stuff there are wayyy cheaper! like 1 pair of shoes for 3-6 sing?

OMG.

ahahhahha! oh welll.

i love street shopping!

it's really fun! it's so wide and complicated, it feels like at every turn, there are surprises and adventures!

hahah.

F21 there was HUGE. 3 levels okay!

and it was 1 building on it's own!!!

OMG. IT WAS HUMONGOUS

but i only got a necklace.

HAHAHA!! cos i had no time for anything else.

no money too. i spent my money TOTALLY.

like nothing left! HAHAHHA.

we also watched THE B BOYS PERFORMANCE~

OMG THAT WAS THE BEST NIGHT.

I DONT KNOW HOW TO EXPLAIN.

BUT IT WAS JUST SOOO AWESOME!

cos the whole show was just so captivating and the dancers are VERY charming.

i dont know how they do it, but like, after 1h20m of watching them dance and act, every girl in the audience fell in love with them i tell you!

for sure!!!

they were really good. and they werent that bad looking too. HAHAHHA

they actually look quite good! AND THEY ARE SUPER FUNNY!!!

ahhahah very humourous, though i dont actually understand what they were talking to us about..

hahhaa! but it was funny.

cos the mc guy ( my fav!!! ) was speaking in korean and the audience replied but we all didnt understand him so we just followed the audience and say the same thing as them like, lehhh! (yes) and stuff!

hahah so he asked us, do you know korean?

and we were like, NOOOOO.

then he said smth to the audience and they laughed like mad.

hahha. so he's funny! :D

HAHHAHA.

but anyway, he said, I LOVE YOU to us!!

OMG. we all screamed like mad!

HAHAHAHHAHHAHHAA.

i love them seriously!

hmmm. what else did we do?

oh, school trip!

it was a last min thing. SUPER last min!

cos actually the school we were to visit cancelled the visit cos there were quite a few cases of h1n1 in their school.

and after hearing our protest and our longing to visit a school, mr seow called a school one night and the next day, a girls school accepted us! :D

some people were sad that it was no longer a mixed school (haha!) but i didnt really care about that. i just wanted to visit a school!

hahah. so yup, met a friend! :D

and we only stayed there for about 2 hours!

it was really really short ):

it was sad saying goodbye!

the teachers were also awesome :D

they bought us donuts 4 times during the trip!

krispy kreme (AHH YUMM!!), dunkin donuts, and the ultimate MISTER DONUTS!!!

ahhh, i love mister donuts!!

the donuts were so chewy and sweet and super yummy!

it just tasted so special and good :D

we also had 2 cakes to celebrate the end of our trip and to thank the teachers, and our guides (:

our guide, mr melvin, was a really nice guy! :D

our trip manager, hatanaka san was sooo cute!

HAHHAHAH, cute as in, personality and actions.

cos he is small sized and his character and little actions are so cute!

when i was leaving, esp in the plane, i really felt like, sighhh

why are we leaving so fast?

during D3, D4, i felt like i had been in korea for a long long time already.

as if i had stayed in korea for all my life.

but at the same time, i felt that each day passed very fast!

like at first, i was eating my lunch and all of a sudden it's night and we're back at our hotel already.

it felt slow yet fast, long yet short.

so wierd!

hahahha. but i really enjoyed the trip thoroughly!

i really miss korea!

esp the cold wind!

i even ate ice cream in the cold and i felt warm!

hahhaha. wierd right, but i really did feel warm :D

i guess best of all, what made my trip were my friends! :D

not forgetting my best roommate!!

and i rushed to pick up the phone otherwise out vids will have the annoying ringing.

and just as i was saying hello to weiyi, THEY BOTH KISSED!!!!

haha me and jia seriously went crazy and screamed like mad.

we like, omg omg!! ahhhh ahhh! so sweeett!!! omgomomggg!!!

the next night we went crazy again.

but it was cos hyunjoong was on a reality show and he looked really good in there.

like, all the cast, crew and choir went onstage to sing the theme song and held hands together and bowed together.

i really felt a sense of belonging and warmth.

it was truly truly, an awesome feeling. a feeling that i really cant express with words.

i think tonight was really my best christmas ever!

i even cried during the song presentation by miss chong's friend.

i dont even know why!

but the song was really touching and unknowingly, i just started to cry a little!

i felt sad when it ended!

cos it was so exciting!!! the whole experience was just seriously ultra exciting. and ending it was like, stopping all excitement in life!

yup, i got a new phone! :D

so.. at first i saw this:

the new sony ericsson phone: Jalou!

and i wanted to get it so i went to the shop but they didnt have the colour i wanted.

then i saw another phone which was equally attractive!

this! LG GW525. it was really nice to use. the sliding and everything.

and THEN the woman at the shop said that bukit panjang branch had the colour i wanted and if i want, she could get them to bring it over to the imm branch. so i was in a dilema!

i seriously didnt know which one to choose!

ahahhaha. i wanted to both! both was really nice!

so my mum and i were just standing there thinking and then my mum suddenly told the person, okay i want the jalou.

anw yeah. it was damn scary.

@first i was feeling just lathargic so i didnt wanna go but yili and weiyi made me go w them cos we already promised jenny/suehuey/jiawen/tannie/meli so i reluctantly agreed.

while waiting, we saw many primary girls rushing out of the haunted house and screaming their lungs out.

one of them even cried!

then friends were like, omg! i think it's really scary!

cos we heard that this sec1 haunted house was scarier than the dollhouse one which was actually catered to sec school girls and this was catered to primary girls.

so we were all kinda jittery but since i was so lathargic i was like, cant be that scary la!

all primary school girls will surely scream and cry la. cant be that bad.

OMG. I WILL NEVER EVER EVER NEVEERRRR SAY THAT AGAIN!

it was HORRIBLY TRAUMATISING!

i went in, and the piano was playing. (like omg. stop it!)

what made it worse was that the room they used was a ballet room.

so there were mirrors EVERYWHERE!

this made the haunted house looked bigger than it worse and if you try to look the opposite direction to avoid looking at the scary people, YOU STILL SEE THEM! they can never escape your sight!

omg damn scary!!

hahhaha. luckily i wasnt the first!

i was second.

i was behind jenny. LUCKILY jenny wasnt scared! if she was i would have fainted.

i was holding SUPER tightly to jenny's arm ( i think it hurt! sorry jenny! :D)

and the 2 other primary girls who entered w us became scared and they went to hide behind jenny too!

they were kinda shoving in front of me to get behind jenny and for a moment i was like, OMG PLZ PLZ PLZ DONT COME HERE!! I NEED JENNY TO PROTECT ME!

hahhaha. cos i cant possibly rely on a primary school girl to protect me right.

that's just a killer.

but after a few secs i was like, okay forget it. so i held on to jenny doubly tight and held on to one of the pri girls too!

hahhahah. i never let go of them man!

then we made our way through the course.

ahhhhh. i wanted to go out of the hauted house after about 2 mins in there okay!

cos i looked around and there were girls hanging off the poles and white boards, the chairs, tables, on the floor.

and they looked so.. lifeless

it felt so real i was really spooked!

there were also clowns and some wierd deadly looking people roaming the room and i was screaming practically the whole time there okay!

i hurry close my eyes and following the people in front of me. i heard my friends screaming and i was thinking, omg! dont come near me pls!!

and then i felt someone grabbing my legs!

i was like, AHHHHHHHHH!!!

and i started like, jumping to get their hands off me.

i was seriously scared okay. it wasnt a funny thing. i am really damn scared of such things

i mean, i dont even ever watch horror movies okay!

i've never watched a single horror movie!

and now i'm stuck in this haunted house, it's practically just like thrusting me into a horror movie okay!

i was seriously petrified to the max!

and one of the girls who was ic of the haunted house, and not one of the deadly looking people, was from gb as well.

my junior.

so she was like, rachel khoo! dont need to be so scared!

but i was obviously i couldnt right.

and then she also said: oh yeah rachel khoo! pls help me tell miss ng i cant come for the meeting today! ....

i was thinking, omg! dont tell me now! i'm too busy trying to find my way out of this! i just want to get out now!

and then her words just got drowned in all my screams that i totally forgot she was talking to me.

and then towards the end, our guide told us that we had to uncover a box.

i was like, OH NOOO.

and then since none of us wanted to do so, she was like, okay i'll do it for you.

immediately when she uncovered it i closed my eyes and everyone screamed!

i opened my eyes when i felt something at my feet and a girl actually came out of that box!

OMG. I COULD HAVE FAINTED THERE AND THEN!!!

it was damn freaky.

she tried to grab my legs and when i sensed it, i started jumping to avoid it and ended up stamping on her arm!

i was like, OMG! I'M SORRY! I'M SORRY!

(it must have hurt seriously! i feel quite sorry for them, having to do this yet getting injured ): but still, they are freaky and scary!!)

it must have been ULTRA scary (esp w me screaming so much and prolly into the girl's ears even!) that the pri girl in front of me started to cry

i was like, omg!

and then this other girl in the haunted house was approaching us, and i was like, DONT COME NEAR US!!! and i started to scream

and then i realised that she was one of those guides when she said: no no, i'm just trying to help you!

oh.

so i was trying to comfort the girl and i was like, dont worry! they are all your friends!

ahhh. couldnt i think of something better?

coz what i thought of was, these girls in the haunted house are from mg what so they are our friends.

BUT NOOO. now they are ghosts and deadly people! not our friends!

but it was too late, the girl cried ):
ahhh. i'm sorry!!!

then we hurry rushed out of the door!

come to think of it, the person took quite long to open the door!

i was standing there for quite long getting scared by the clowns and the people sprawning on the ground trying to grab our legs before the door opened and a ray of hope and sunshine finally came upon me!

let me tell you my week! it's insane.

tuesday, went to school (got back papers which sucked) and stayed back after that for choir meeting. went home, then rested for like, 2 hours? and chinese tuition! omg. i went through 6 cloze passages with the teacher my throat was sooo dry! haha. but ohwell. it'll help me :D

wednesday, went to school as usual. then CAME HOME! YES. got an afternoon free :D

but unfortunately, it wasnt for long! ): cos i had to leave @5 to go to church for prog comm meeting. but it was super fun! HAHA. very funny and stuff and it was a fruitful meeting (:

but bad thing was, i left @9++!! and like from church okay. it takes quite long to get home but luckily my mummy fetch me :D

thursday, went to school then over to kel's house to gb proj. and OMG. it was a ?!?!? cos we waited for like, 1 hour +++ for nava to come. we had to interview a person who had gone for a gb international event. so we waited. and waited. we watched sound of music ( you know how long it is right!) and read mags, i even practiced my keys! haha. THEN nava came when it was near the end of som. so we were about to start work and she was like, wait. are you saying like, fanromae (or smth, cant rmb. it sounds like fun-o-rama though!)? and we were all like, yeah yeah that kind. and you know what? she said: huh, wait wait guys.. i need to get something clear.. i didnt go for any international event before.

OMG. we were really like HUH?!?! cos then we all stayed back for nothing. most importantly, we asked nava to come down for nothing eh! but on the good side, we had much fun! HAHAHA. it was a really really really (x10000) such a fun time @kel's house! cos we hadnt seen nava in such a long time! so we were all talking and laughing. and omg, nava didnt know who ris low was -.- HAHAHHA! she's so blur and slow seriously. haha!

and then after that, i left @6.30 and headed over to church for worship prac.

this day was the day i stayed out the longest during the whole week!

i was in church from 7-10! by the time i reached home it was nearly 11. so i bathed and watched project runway :D

friday, i went to school and lessons started. nooooo. 2 subjects in a day okay! TWO ONLY! hahaha. madness! then after that, choir meeting/rehearsal. AND FINALLY HOMEEE.

like finally i get to stay home :D

today, went out @11am and met kel and nay to go to tekkah mall!

except now it's called The Verge and it's an ulu place. VERY ULU!

@lunch time, and the foodcourt was soo sparse seriously!

i can say that again, SPARSE!

like hardly anyone went there!

so kel and i got the stuff for eoy party while waiting for the always late nay! hahhaha

in the end she came @ 1+ when we done shopping and just sat w us to eat lunch -.-

HAHA! nay ah nay!

but anyway, tekkah mall is actually kinda cool.

well, some shops in it la! the shop we went to get the stuff from is seriously cool! you can find alot of cool stuff okay! and they are CHEAP. yes exclamation mark!!! CHEAP! hahaha.

that's what i like :D LOL!

i'm gonna go there next time for squad identities. :D they've got awesome masks!

they even have those clown wigs okay! curly colourful hair! hahah :D

and heart shape balloons and food and stuffies :D

after that, we walked around little india.

AND AHHHH. I LOVE LITTLE INDIA :D

cos i really like their accessories. they have awesome bangles. super pretty! esp those crystal studded things! i love LOVE LOVEEE TTM crystal studded things!

they had like, bangles, pens, etc. i saw a set of bangles there but it cost $10 for just ONE bangle okay! not even a set! so if you want a set, it cost $50. LIKE UHHHH. i can even get more stuff at DIVA. which is already, in my opinion, an ex shop.

but sighh. it was SOOO pretty... ahhhhh. i love little india!

hahaha. ahhhhhh i want those bangles! and the rings! it was soooo cute and pretty!

even their long skirts! the prints were gorgeous seriously!

i felt like a tourist there!

ahahhaha! no kidding! i was walking around w kel and nay and i was like, wow wow wow at everything! cos i hardly ever go little india and it's so different from the usual orchard, vivo, etc. and i was just so captivated my the pretty sparkly stuff they sold there. i practically stopped at every shop! hahah! this is the main reason why i wanted to go delhi! cos i just love the indian bangles/accessories and their long skirts :D

and after that, i rushed home @3.30

had a little problem w the identities for eoy party.

and i was late. HAHAH. ohwell. set up the stuffies and all.

and... I SUCKED TODAY.

i think i really screwed it up today.

like seriously. it was really bad. it made me wonder how i passed those auditions and interview!

HAHA. cos for the fast songs, i used brass warm pads or smth like that. it's brass.

and then cos there was no drums, just 2 keys and a guitar, i was sustaining the whole time.

and from fast to slow, i still sustained.

and i forgot to change the mode! ):

i forgot to change it back to warm pads. and i didnt realise til the end of the worship part!

and becuase of that, i couldnt sustain properly throughout the worship part esp when they were all praying and stuff in between songs and keys are supposed to sustain.

cos i dunno, but i think it works differently.

when i press the chord on the keys, and lift then press the pedal, the sound doesnt come out.

it will just go dead and there's no sound AT ALL.

so there was like, pockets of awkward silences okay!

i felt really.. i dont know how to explain.

just really bad.

so after that, i changed the mode and stuff for the rest of youth service.

so.. it was okay towards the end? but i still felt like i let everyone down..

like, i kinda failed to be the music minister that i should be.

i guess it just takes practice and the heart to do it for God?

sigh.. searching for it! :D

okie, that's like, the week that has gone by. and one more day, TMRW!

sometimes i feel like i'm all over the place.

like, i'm never really focused on one thing. which is really bad.

so i'm like, trying to focus mainly on keys right now. and for youth.

that's why... i kind of feel like not serving for gb anymore..

sigh i dont know. it's just so messed up. my head i mean. like what do i do now?!

but okay nevermind God will show me the way at the right time.

just keep doing what i'm doing and make sure what i'm doing is for the right purpose.

!!!i just love analeigh and marjorie!!they were the best girls in antm history!hahaha. they were super close during the show and i didnt realise they were THAT close til i watched all the bonus clips!it was super funny. and they really helped one another!it's like, other girls in the house always say that they cant make friends here cos it's a competition.but it's so wrong please! they even targetted at the both of them, like why were they 'wierdly close'. but oh well! i'm just glad they remained friends even after the show! :Dall their bonus clips were so funny and nice!it's like marj helping analeigh be edgy. they said the word 'edgy' like 10 thousand times!! HAHAH!

and when marj left the competition, it was SUPER SAD.

i nearly cried okay! cos analeigh cried really badly and they hugged like, for super long!

that was really touching ): it's like, they were te closest girls ever in antm.

aww now i miss them ): i wanted analeigh to win so badly! mckey's good, but she's not very relatable to. ahhhaa nevermind, the cycle's over already. and i'm happy analeigh got signed to Ford Models and she had SO MANY shoots and runways! :D
and now, cycle 13 is OUT! :Dit's supposedly short petite models.. but i dont think they are actually really very short. it's like, 5'7 and below.. i'm not sure how tall but i dont think it's really that short la! prolly still taller than most of us -.-

started out with a lot of determination which fizzled towards the last few days of exams!

but that didnt work out cos dumbdumb weiyi goes to school at 6.30.

i felt so sad for the guy ): and when the girl squeezed his hand, why did i have a feeling the girl still liked him? haha! but i doubt she does la, since she actually went from an uncommitted woman to a married woman?!?

hahah! so yeah. but their time spent together was really the best! i was so sad when they split up!!!! but AT LEAST he had autumn? like, autumn came AFTER summer.

so yay :D good happy ending BUT i really hope he doesnt meet a winter?

if he does.. his life is soo sad i tell you!

so today we celebrated ruth's bday!

hahahha thank goodness she liked the pink studded bracelet cos at first i thought she didnt.

met weiyi to study!

hahahha as expected, we didnt do that much. ):

but it was FUN! hahaha! and we DID do some work at least! :D

went to jurong library first (kids section!) to study. HAHA! kids section is so colourful and bright!

and when we talk, people dont care! unlike at the adults/teenage section.

quiet like at cemetry! HAHA.

i think at one point, we started getting abit too excited and talked very loud cos when we suddenly stopped, the whole library was like, ...
