i finally finished the NCO meeting ppt! :D

this year's christmas was really fun (:
as in church and all, but other than that, it was like, ...
cos i BADLY wanted to go to orchard road to see the lights and shop but i wasnt allowed to and stuff
sigh ):
so it was a sad christmas for me cos i couldnt go out AT ALL.
i celebrated it at home using the comp watching mnet scandal.

seriously, i think no one else can live as me for like, 1 holiday.

ahhh, blogger is uploading sooo slowly!so the rest are on fb! :D
bel stayed over during the weekend~~ she was like some bag lady! hahahaha. carry so many bags. somemore carry at the elbow there so it made her looked like some tai tai! HAHAHA. ate kfc. sigh ): regrets. we stayed up til 3 am! hahahha! we played dress up with her new clothes! i super love her blue top! :D and the pink shirt + noob jacket combo LOL BELL THAT SHIRT! + i helped her with her christmas presents
+ photos + nail painting!
next morning, did MORE nail painting stuff.
took out our crazy nail polish and then head out to imm for lunch. we bought more nail polish! hahaha! bel bought this light mud brown colour which was super nice! it was really really nice! like, it'll match with anything i think! haha.
and then we went back and painted again. i realised bel, we are super perfectionist when it comes to painting nails! hahaha, esp bel. OMG.
take out repaint, take out repaint, take out repaint x10000 times! she painted like, 1 layer base coat, 2 layer nail polish, 1 layer shiny nail polish, 2 layers top coat. ?!?!?! mad woman.
anyway it was super fun! :D next year we can have longer sleepovers since Os will be overrr! :D

i just discovered an online shop selling SUPER gorgeous clothes. and they're not too ex too (:
here are some of my favourites from the latest collection:
i love the clothes there!it really has the best designs i've seen. and it's affordable too :D oohhh. i really hope my mum will let me buy online! cos she doesnt trust online shopping ): sighh anyway, i think the model's really pretty and cute! really edgy. not only are the clothes really pretty, the shoes, accessories and styling is super OMG GORG. hahaha! i really love their styling! i wanna get a couple of their dresses/tops and sandals!

today i've done practically nothing. :/ practice my keyboard (which took me like, 10000 hours! i got really frustrated cos i couldnt figure out some of the keyboard solos. it was soo difficult! and then i finally figured it out like, in the afternoon.), piano lesson, looking at MODP!, fbing and being a fan of modp on fb. like what the pong right. so unfufiling day. haha.
tmrw's mrs yee's party.
hope it'll be fun (: i've never been there before cos in sec 1, i couldnt make it, sec2, it was cancelled. and this year i'm going! :D haha, not as many people as i expected there would be. but it's okay we'll have a splendid time! hahah.

sigh, i miss you guys sooo much. ):
cos i havent seen you guys for so long!
hahahha. and i think i'm suffering from the 'miss everything' syndrome.
maybe cos i'm way too bored at home so i start thinking about everything and everyone.
hahah, omg what the pong is wrong with me. :/
before eoys ended i was like, whoohooo cant wait for it to end cos there will be tons of fun stuff awaiting me.
and now it's like, over.
it's quite sad. knowing this year is going to end so soon.
at first i was really excited.
cos after eoys, i would have rocs/korea, christmas play, youth camp!
so i was really really excited. all the big scale stuff.
after eoys, i was occupied with rocs prep, chinese Os prep and choir rehearsals.
and then after i came back from rocs, Os were over and the next day was christmas play.
so that was done too.
and then came prep for camp,
which was TONS of fun. and now it's all over.
yup, december really did go by so fast!
hahahha. it's like a bullet train. and i dont want to let it go by so fast cos i dont wanna study ):
hahah.
hmm.. today was such a boring day for me.
hahaha, nowadays i'm just walking around the house or not then i'm forcing myself to study or else i'd be using the comp or watching tv.
hahahha omg. i'm such a couch potato. i'll grow fatter and fatter! D:

ahh, i miss camp!! ): i miss all those long email threads about amazing race, game trials, recees, clues, etc. i miss all the meetings i miss all the playing around i miss all the recees to airport, ecp i miss riding the bike with camp comm/joy! ahhh, i miss the camp itself too! hahahha, the games and everything was fun and i miss them all ): esp the last night's worship too. it was AWESOME! :D
now i feel very empty ): hahah when i open my email, there's nothing much, okay there's still gb stuff. but that's not as exciting as empowered! hahahah. yeah, yesterday i was so bored at home. i was just walking around. doing nothing. it's like, something's taken out of my life and left me there. hahah, cos camp's like, fun and like, not reality. cos everyone just have fun, play, eat, talk with friends, worship, sleep, etc. it's like, so not real life. hahah! so yeah, i really miss that. i cant wait for camp afterglow nowww! hahahaha i cant wait to see everybody again. i think i opened up more in this year's camp. hahah so yeah, now i kinda miss everyone. esp the last night! HAHAH i cant believe we slept outside the planetarium. haha, but it was really fun! and i miss the drunkies!! HAHAHAH.
now i've got to go back to all of gb work and school work. D: i havent started studying at all and i have 4 tests in 18 days time? NOOOO. ): i still got a whole load of gb stuff to finish up.. i cant wait to go church later! HAHAHHA. and i'm kinda missing my older bro now ): Labels: ray

I'M BACK FROM 
ahh, it was an amazing camp!
it felt different from the other camps though.
and it's not just cos this year i'm not a camper.. but the overall feel was just different..
haha i dont know how to explain though.
i hope everyone still had fun :D
first day was amazing race, and boy am i sick of dunkin donuts!
HAHA. everyone says it's really good but i didnt think so.
it's just okay, but not SOO good.
hahaha i got donuts for others too and had special delivery to theo and joycelyn!

kristal and dor accompanied me!
and i stayed there for like, 7 hours?
HAHA! i almost died. lol, it wasnt that bad but i was stuck on the same seat! HAHA
anyway the camp was really fun :D
i think some parts were disorganised.. but oh well. i think we all did the best we could.
hahha, and i think that though the camp wasnt as unforgettable as the other camps, spiritually, it was really good.
we did a LOT of praying this camp.
much more than the past few camps.
although the ministery night wasnt as long and as huge as i expected, God still moved and worked in us all!
or at least i felt Him moving in me.
esp during the last night's worship.
before that, ben had a workshop, something about worship.
it was about 1 hour long and the whole thing was prayer.
and cos prayer we always close our eyes right, then when i did, i fell asleep!
sigh ): cos i was really just super tired.
i was a bit sad though, cos i couldnt pray and couldnt concentrate.
but then i rmbed what pastor always says and that is the place to rest is in the presence of God.
or smth along those lines.. hahah
anw i slept for like, 30-40 mins!
i think. and then we prayed quite alot.
after that, during rehearsal, we also prayed w the worship team and w pastor B.
and the day before, we prayed alot too.
like, with another person or at most 2 more other people and pray together what you feel God is promting you to.
i feel like this year camp, we tried alot of things we never did.
all these prayer stuff that really tested your courage and faith.
it's like, you have to be daring and with faith then you'll do it.
hahaha so yeah, this camp was spiritually really good (:
but i slept like, ALOT during the prayer times.
first was during ben's first worshop and 2nd was his 2nd workshop.
hahha, why do i keep sleeping in his workshops?
but it's always during prayer time only.
but i'm glad God still spoke even when i slept!
hahaha. cos the first day, when i woke up i was like, oh no, everyone's going back to the room already! so i faster close my eyes and kept reading the verse continuous to let it sink in again so that i can pray.
after like, 3 secs, this guy walked over and he was like, "rachel?"
i was supposed to be getting ready to pray. but i dont know why, i just like, went "yeah?"
and then he read psalms 40 to me. and he said v1 was the thing that striked him most and i was like, omg me too! cos it really did. and then he asked, have you been asking God to give you something, and i was like, ... yeah, kind of.
actually the answer should be YEAH! OMG how do you know?
but i was really shocked he knew so i said yeah kind of.
hahhaha, and then cos bel and i went to the toilet first so we headed back into the room late and after joining this group by the door, bel and i took turns to share.
cos i guess the rest have already shared way before we came in.
and so happened that he and i shared the same thing.
it's like, whoa.
hahaha.
last night was amazing too :D
i'm not sure for everyone, but to me, yeah!
hahah. cos at first we were all nervous about it cos we had only 15 mins of rehearsal and the song set changed a bit.
but i dont know why, i wasnt really nervous.
i think it was cos of all the prayer we had.
so the night went on.. and i was really worshipping God wholeheartedly.
and somehow, some parts of the song i played, i really dont know how i played it!
as in, i could sort of hear it and i felt that it sounded nice, but i really didnt know how i played it out.
it was really, indescribable.
the night's worship was really more than we could ask for, given the amount of practice we had.
and i think, God really answered my prayers.
like, looking back at all the things i prayed for and did in the camp, it all linked up!
like, i chose the verse from Mark 11:24 "Therefore I say unto you, What things you desire, when you pray, believe that you will receive them, and you shall have them."
so i was actually praying for my keys stuff. and i also prayed for confirmation.
and somehow, the verse the guy showed me and what actually happened on the last night, actually confirmed all of this.
it's like, whoa, i never imagined God would answer my prayers within 2 days.
i thought it would take longer.
but you know, God works in ways we never expected and yay! for that i rejoice :D

   on the last night i slept at like, 3-4am! so altogether for the past 4 days at camp i slept a total of.. 11 - 12 hours? hahahha. omgg. so yesterday when i got home at 4+, i bathed and slept from 5 to this morning 7! HAHAH, and that was because my mum woke me up. otherwise i'd prolly slept longer. i also realised that this whole camp, the camp comm only did morning call on ONE morning! HAHAHHA. i didnt even do a single one, instead i think i woke up late. :/ but camp was FUN! and i love the starfield song :D ahahha! being in the camp comm is really a fun experience! i finished you're beautiful!!!:D ahhh. the ending is really nice what, ruth! haha, not nice meh? even the subber said that the ending wasnt good. but i love the ending! it was sooo sweet!! :D haha, just that they could have shown more scenes where they were together. i was like super anxious throughout the whole episode la! just waiting for them to like, hurry get back together and hug or smth! HAHAHA.
but i love this show!! ♥♥♥ when i first started watching, i didnt exactly like it. i thought it was very boring! haha, but then i continued watching and it was sooo good!!! hahahaah! now i like taekyung! HAHAHAHA.
i think when he smiles, it's super cute! :D watched 1 mv thingy and whenever he smiled, they will zoom into his smile x3! hongki again~
 
i watched the bts for this!HAHAH. omg, ruth! you're right! they super flirt with each other! HAHAHHA. i was like, omg! haha and they are all so funny and get along very well! i think the 2 of them have great chemistry!
but they are SUPER thick skin!! cos they did the imaginary bed scene part like, so easily! they didnt even seem embarassed! like, they were just playing. hahaha so cute ♥♥ wedding picture! HAHAHA. this scene was ultra funny! gominam, i give you permission to marry me. LOL. 
tried to look for the kissing scene, but i couldnt ):i esp liked the movie part! hahahah. he pretended to want to hit her head but kissed her instead. :D

dont know why ruth gan havent been blogging for such a long time! even my blogger name is "ruth gan! why never blog for so long? ): " HAHA! RUTH GAN YOU BOBO WHERE ARE YOU?
anyway, tmrw's a hectic hectic day.
actually kinda feeling stress now. ): cos tmrw have the bethany home thingy @9.30 in the morning til 12 noon and then handbook meeting @1.30pm in school. i dont even know when it'll end and i have to be @church by 7 pm for rehearsal. ahh ): i havent even prac finish! or at least not very well yet. cos it's going to be my first time playing both keys and there's this really difficult slow song. it's like, totally keyboard at the front part! and i'm like O_O i took more than 30 mins trying to figure out the notes and stuff! hahaha. it's complicated and i need to familarise myself with the song too! first time hearing it.
but on the bright side, tmrw bel's staying over!! :D hahahha, it'll just be one night actually. like, just SLEEP. haha! cos by the time rehearsal ends and we head back home, prolly around 10 pm? or even later and then next morning she has to get to woodlands by 9.30 am! so yeah ): so little time!! ): but it's okay! will see her on sunday! :D stupid girl for OTHER PEOPLE'S church camp ): i didnt watch you're beautiful today! ): cos my bro hogged the comp for like, nearly the whole day and when i could finally use, i found out tmrw's the rehearsal! hahahha. so i've just been downloading the songs and listening and practising. but i think the next ep (ep12) will be sad! ): cos i think taekyung will find out gominam is jae hyun's kid and he'll like, hate her or smth? hahha i hope not though! :D i loved it when she gave him 100 points and he smiled like nuts hugging the pigrabbit!
